All members begin as a Levi’s® Original member and are upgraded to a Levi’s® Indigo member after you have met the minimum qualifier at Original Levi’s® stores in Philippines Tier Benefits
What are rivets?
Our program is inspired from Levi’s® products. Rivets are points that are earned for every PHP 20 you spend on apparel items for ORIGINAL members & PHP 15 you spend on apparel items for INDIGO members.
How do I know how many rivets I have?
Login and update your account to receive your monthly balance statement on rivets and transactions.
Do my rivets expire?
Rivets have validity of 2 years from date of collection.
Can I accumulate e-vouchers for one purchase?
E-Vouchers are valid per 1 transaction only and non-cumulative.
I signed up for a membership in Philippines, can I use my rivets in other countries?
No. Your Levi’s® rivets are only valid for the membership program in the country where you have signed up.
Is there a membership card?
No, there is no physical card.
I didn’t receive a verification email. What should I do?
The e-mail address entered during registration must be correct. On the login page, please click “resend verification link.” In the case of an error or difficulty in receiving verification email from us, give us a buzz via e-mail to email@example.com.
I signed up at www.levisvipclub.com but did not receive a 15% off promo code.
Unfortunately, both our platforms are not yet fully integrated. We’ll need your help to again sign up at www.levi.com.ph using the same email and contact number. This way, our system, after 24 hours, will be able to confirm you as a member.
I do not see my rivets credited. What is the timeframe for rivets to show after purchase?
For purchases at Levi’s® Original stores, rivets are credited after 48 hours. For online purchases at the Levi’s® Online Store, rivets are credited after the return period has lapsed. If you still do not receive your rivets after this period, give us a buzz via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I use my e-vouchers at the Levi’s® Online Store?
The e-vouchers are only redeemable at Levi’s® Original stores nationwide.
I’ve encoded the wrong email address. Can I update this?
Give us a buzz via email to email@example.com with the following details: email address, contact number and the updated/correct email address.
How to I receive promo codes for Levi’s® VIP Club exclusive sales and promos?
Regularly check your email and SMS for messages from Levi’s®. Make sure to tick “Yes, I would love to hear from Levi’s® by email” and “Yes, I would love to hear from Levi’s® by SMS.” Don’t forget to verify your email account too!
